Practice consultation hours
You can call between 08:00 and 10:35 to make a same-day appointment. Between 11:15–12:30 and 13:30–15:00, you can call to make an appointment for a future date. A standard consultation lasts 10 minutes.
If you think you will need more time, please let us know in advance. To organise the consultation as efficiently as possible, the medical assistant will ask about the reason for your visit. In some cases, they may also be able to help you over the phone. All medical assistants are trained for this and, like the GPs, are required to treat your information confidentially.
Urine Tests
Between 08:00 and 10:00, you can submit a morning urine sample at the reception desk in a well-sealed container, clearly marked with your name and date of birth.
Retrieving Test Results
To obtain the results of tests performed for you, please call the practice directly between 13:30 and 15:00.
