As (locum) GPs, medical assistants, practice nurses, and the practice manager, we aim to provide the best possible care. If you are not satisfied with our services or think something could be improved, we would like to hear from you. Please let us know why you are dissatisfied so we can try to resolve your problem or complaint.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with us, you can confidentially discuss your complaint with an independent complaints officer. This can be done via the website: www.skge.nl.

If you are satisfied with our services, we are of course happy to receive compliments as well, so please let us know!
